Marmittone, a true local from Praiano, with a degree in physics, a young nature lover deeply in love with his hometown, will guide you through our gardens. In the garden he combines modern discoveries and knowledge with the traditions passed down from our grandparents.

You’ll walk among the plants, smell the aromatic herbs, see where our ingredients are born and touch them with your own hands. Each season tells a different story, and every corner has something to share.

Then we’ll stop in the shade of the olive trees. A slow aperitivo in the garden: local products and small creations made by us. A moment to relax, listen, and taste. And just when you think you’ve seen it all, we’ll take you into the heart of the restaurant.

Behind the scenes of the kitchen and dining room: you’ll discover the real work of the chefs, see the dynamics of the team, and connect directly with the ingredients and the gestures that transform them into dishes.

The day ends at the table with a full three-course lunch from our seasonal menu — simple and authentic — a journey designed to let you experience true flavor, without filters.
